Requirements--
+6 Months to 12 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition|| Recruitment || Sr.Recruiter || Team Lead || Account Manager
Excellent interpersonal and advanced English communication skills
Ability to build relationships with and influence stakeholders
Ability to multitask effectively
Good experience in using online job portals and tools

What you'll do
1-Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit ensuring you conduct strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, and effectively managing candidate relationships.
2-Build and maintain positive relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all customers including candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
3-Providing guidance and support to hiring managers to constantly upgrade the hiring process.
In charge of the offer proposal and negotiation process.
4-Manage well all the data associated with the recruitment process. Data-driven thinking and systematic approaches to achieving operational excellence.
5-Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to cope with the competitive market.
