This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at ooak.photography located in Chennai. The Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to talent acquisition and recruitment. This includes sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting reference checks, and managing the overall recruitment process.

• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Ability to source and attract top talent through various channels
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in the photography industry is a plus
• Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
