Job Description: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Interviewing and Selection:
Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including feedback collection and communication with candidates.
Assist hiring managers in evaluating candidates and making informed hiring decisions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and manage their expectations.
Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure alignment and transparency.- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
Reporting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role- Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent.
