Job Description:

  • Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing and Selection:
Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including feedback collection and communication with candidates.
Assist hiring managers in evaluating candidates and making informed hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and manage their expectations.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Job Specification:

  • Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attributes:
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and results-oriented approach.
