Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your recruitment expertise and industry knowledge to source, screen, and place top talent within the Oil & Gas sector. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and fulfilling them by tapping into your extensive network and utilizing cutting-edge recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas industry to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
• Implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to source candidates from India and across global markets.
• Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their recruitment needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to advise both clients and candidates accurately.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong network within the Oil & Gas industry, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in Gulf Countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices, trends, and legal regulations in the Middle East and other global markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
