Recruiter ( NON-IT )

Job Description :

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter who has 0-2 years of experience in sourcing and finding appropriate candidates for NON-IT positions in the Staffing sector. The ideal candidate should have vast experience in the Non-IT recruitment field.

Responsibilities :

• Source and recruit candidates for rare and difficult positions in the NON-IT sector.
• Use various channels for sourcing candidates, experience in using the job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Well Versed in using portals like LinkedIn, GlassDoor, Dice, Indeed and Monster.
• Conduct mock interviews and assess candidates based on the requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled as per the requirements.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter with experience in NON-IT sourcing for 0-2 years.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to work in Night Shift.

Job Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM ( Willing to work in night shift )

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
