Job Description: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet our growing business needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting techniques, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company brand and attract top talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
