Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Recruiter at ACI in Bandra. The Overseas Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and developing human capital investments for clients, bridging the skill gap between client requirements and candidate skills. Tasks include talent management, outplacement consulting, advisory services, employee relations, compliance, and training and development.

Qualifications

Experience in talent management and recruitment
Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in consulting or training is a plus
