Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment process
• Carryout comprehensive search and identify most suitable candidates who would meet all the critical parameters set by client(s)
• Selecting desired profiles from job portals, Social networking sites, and through Headhunting
• Interface with the client to understand their requirements and accordingly executing the assignments
• Efficiently coordinating with candidates as well as client and complete key processes such as - interview, Offer, and joining
• Meet the client in the respective market on regular basis.

Profile:

• Any Graduation, preferably Post Graduation in Human Resources Management with 1 - 10 years of in Executive Search / Executive Staffing Services.
• Recruitment experience in manufacturing sector is a must.
