Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Kairali Management Services in Kozhikode. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals for employment opportunities in the UK, Ireland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The role also involves coordinating with candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare recruitment and talent sourcing
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Knowledge of visa and immigration processes for overseas recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
