QUALIFICATION : Bachelor's degree

LOCATION / LOCALITY : : Bangalore (Kaikondrahalli)

CTC : Up to 1.8 - 2.4 Lakhs Per Annum

EXPERIENCE: 0 - 6 months

WORK DAYS : Mon - Fri (alternate Saturdays)

WORK TIMINGS : 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

INTERVIEW PROCEDURE: 2 ROUNDS - 1ST ROUND TELEPHONIC WITH HR - 2ND ROUND GMEET (WITH MANAGERS & OTHER PANELISTS, ROUND 3, Face to face interview

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Communication skills, Decision Making skills, Sourcing, Multitasking, Handling Google sheets, Basic Knowledge of Job portals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: external recruitment Use job boards, social media, company websites, and professional networks to reach potential candidates.

Shortlisting: Resume review filter resumes to identify candidates who meet the job criteria.

Job Posting: Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn & Indeed)

Talent Pool Analysis: should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
