Role Description

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day recruitment tasks, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, communicating & handling end-to-end recruiting and training cycles. This is a full-time on-site role located in Anna Nagar, Chennai.

Qualifications

• End-to-End Recruiting skills (Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Lining-up, Follow-up)
• Relevant Experience of 0.6 - 3 years (Entry Level / Beginner)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Working knowledge of social enterprises or with non-profit organizations is a plus

Needed Requirements:

• Excellent at English communication must! Additionally, knowing Hindi / Telugu is an advantage.
• Honest, trustworthy, respectful, with a high level of integrity.
• Good etiquette and people management skills.
• Capability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks.
• Ability to work in a team with high people orientation.

Shift Timings: 9.30 AM 6.30 PM (Fixed)

Work Week: Monday - Friday; Saturday's Half Day Working (9.30 AM to 2 PM)

1st and 3rd Saturdays Off
