Sets strategy and provides leadership for Talent Acquisition across the region. Responsible for setting the strategy for attracting, sourcing and hiring the right talent for the region.
Partners across HR and with the Regional and OU Leaders to ensure successful execution of the talent acquisition strategies.
Responsible for adoption of technology platforms for the region.
Responsible for the full Recruiting funnel for the region.
Job Qualifications
Education:
Preferred : PGDBA in Human Resources
Mandatory: Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Familiarity with AI, Python, Data Science SAP, and cybersecurity is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Tools:
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other sourcing platforms is preferred.
