Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for non-technical roles across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs for non-technical roles.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, including phone and in-person interviews.- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Prepare job descriptions and postings for various non-technical roles.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.- Collaborate with HR and management on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with hiring trends, best practices, and legal considerations in recruitment.
Participate in job fairs and other networking events to attract talent.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience (2-4 years) in recruiting for non-IT roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and processes.
- Ability to source candidates using different methods (e.g., job boards, social media).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Experience managing multiple requisitions at once with a high degree of efficiency.
Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of assessment techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
