Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for non-technical roles across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs for non-technical roles.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, including phone and in-person interviews.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  • Prepare job descriptions and postings for various non-technical roles.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Collaborate with HR and management on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with hiring trends, best practices, and legal considerations in recruitment.
Participate in job fairs and other networking events to attract talent.
  • Qualifications
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in recruiting for non-IT roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Ability to source candidates using different methods (e.g., job boards, social media).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions at once with a high degree of efficiency.
Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of assessment techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Preferred Skills
: Experience in recruiting for various industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or finance.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus

Pay: 30,
  • 00 - 35,000.00 per month
