Recruiter

IMS People Possible is a leader in the offshore recruitment services industry, partnering with 250+ recruitment brands across the US, UK, EU, and APAC regions. With over 18 years of experience, we offer customized solutions for recruiting, credentialing and compliance, onboarding, and MSP/VMS/ATS maintenance. Our team operates from two global operations offices in India (Ahmedabad & Jaipur) and consists of over 3,000 employees.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at IMS People Possible located in Ahmedabad. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining candidate databases and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
