Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, you will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and interview techniques
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Experience in the HR Consulting is preferred
