Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited located in New Delhi. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. They will also be responsible for conducting background checks, training helps, maintaining rules , hr activities and events, softwares and hiring process

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and attendance management
• Decent communication
• Arrange every week interviews and fillfill every requirement of candidates time to time
• Strong organizational and time management skills for every events and other support
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
• Knowledge of employee basic rules and regulations for maintaing human resources
• Bachelor's degree in any but should have working experience or any diploma
