Job Description:
- Assist in identifying potential candidates through various recruitment channels
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions and requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in creating job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Update and maintain candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage end to end recruitment process
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate feedback, to assist in evaluating and improving the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with MBA in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
