Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Futurz HR in Pune. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions. You will also be involved in creating job descriptions, conducting reference checks, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, you will assist in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining a database of candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
