Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top talent for our company through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter in the job market context of India.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with various sourcing and recruiting techniques, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
