Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure recruitment needs are met effectively and on time.
Utilize HRM software to streamline recruitment processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create targeted hiring strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
Proficiency in HRM software is preferred.
