- Responsible for end to end hiring for various roles.
- Attract the right talent who can help us scale and can be part of our next level growth.
- Responsible for sourcing through various sourcing channels like LinkedIn, Instahyre, Naukri and other active / passive platforms.
- Responsible for providing world-class candidate experience till closure.
- Responsible for driving deliverables based on business priorities and goals.
- Responsible for database management and timely reporting.

- Proficient in souring, interview scheduling and candidate management.
