Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Panchkula. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Talent acquisition and recruitment experience
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Experience in resume screening and interview evaluation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Experience in the US, Canadian staffing Non IT, or Industrial industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
