Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role at Corporate House (interior firm, advertising firm, and more) in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, networking with potential candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills with a minimum of 6 months experience in the IT domain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with job boards and recruitment platforms
• Knowledge of Excel and ATS
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Work Day:6

Salary : 25k per month based on experience
