Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) to join our team. As a Recruiter (Bulk Hiring), you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring candidates for bulk positions. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the success of our recruitment efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring/recruitment
- Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment process
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of recruitment policies and best practices
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
