Job Description

Hiring for the role of Recruiter- Blue Collar Hiring

Work Location: Thane (Monday to Friday Only)

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: Min 1-2 years experience in hiring Technicians, Electricians, BMS Operators, Plumbers etc

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Manpower Sourcing
  • Responsible for Interview & Shortlist candidates
  • Responsible for Coordinating with clients to schedule interview at sites
  • Responsible for Closing shortfalls within stipulated time
  • Responsible for Site visits for critical shortfall sites
  • Responsible for Induction for new Joiners
