Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Recruiter at Bizi Bees Outsourcing Private Limited in Bengaluru. The Tele-Recruiter will be responsible for conducting telephone interviews, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. They will also assist in sourcing potential candidates, updating applicant tracking systems, and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct telephone interviews and screen candidates
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant software
• Attention to detail and ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications
• Experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus
