Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidate profiles from various job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Align and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and recruitment targets.
- Provide excellent communication and explanation skills to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 0.5 to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates for complex IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
