Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Aurolab in Madurai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Domestic Sales and Marketing within the organization. They will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2-5 Years of experience in Full Cycle Recruitment.
• Knowledge of different sourcing strategies and techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Master's degree in Human Resources
• Willing to work beyond the office time.
