- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and selection
- Must have expertise in Different Job Portal (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Shine)
- Able to source Candidate from Other Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook Etc)
- Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
- MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Preferred from Recruitment Consulting Background.
