Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter at Arjun Global. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role will be based in Mumbai with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a global recruitment setting is a plus
