Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter And Bench Sales to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter And Bench Sales, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within our organization. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable consultants. This role requires a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in recruitment or bench sales.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in using job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable consultants.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and consultants to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and bench sales.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate status to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
