Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Lucknow
Responsibilities
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Managing and maintaining candidate databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Participating in recruitment events and career fairs to build a strong talent network.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
