We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in recruiting in the job market context of India. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Make recommendations to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-4 years of experience in recruiting in the job market context of India
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with social media recruiting is a plus
