Location: Cyber City Gurgaon

Office Timing: 9.30am - 5.30pm

5 days working (Mon - Fri)

Salary budget: upto 10 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates.
• Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on contract hire.
• Maintain the rapport with Consultants /contractor workforce to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals.
• Strong knowledge of upstream recruitment roles such as well testing, workover, coil tubing, and so on.

Profile of the candidate:

4-7 years of work experience with atleast 3-4 years in Oil & Gas industry

Lead generation for Candidate pool

360recruiterexperience would be a plus

Ambitious and hungry to be successful.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Team player, ability to work effectively across cultures and in a virtual environment.
