Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Proven experience (1 years) as a recruiter or similar role in [industry/niche].
