Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for conducting interviews, sourcing candidates, and assessing their qualifications to match the requirements of our clients. The Recruiter will also be involved in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process are key responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to source, attract, and engage with potential candidates
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing
- Experience in the HR industry or in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum experience 6months - 1year
