Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter at Acme Services in Borivali. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves managing job postings, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements- Experience in full lifecycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in the industry or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
