Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Recruiter at Aarya Stays. The Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to recruiting and talent acquisition. These tasks may include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the hiring process. The Recruiter will also have the opportunity to gain experience in other HR functions, such as onboarding and employee engagement.
