Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at AamDhanE located in Lucknow. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, screening and interviewing applicants, coordinating with employers and job seekers, conducting background checks, and assisting with the hiring process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining a talent pipeline, developing recruitment strategies, and providing HR support to employers and job seekers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
