We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage candidate relationships. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The position is full-time and based in our office in NAGARBHAVI BANGALORE .

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Create and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
