Job Summary:

4AT Consulting LLP is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with hands-on recruitment and sourcing experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience specializing in hiring candidates with domain-specific knowledge, such as finance, audit, consulting, or related fields. You will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for various roles, with a focus on domain-specific positions such as finance, audit, and consulting.
  • Collaborate closely with managers to understand job requirements and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations to onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive and smooth onboarding process for new hires, working alongside the HR Manager.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure adherence to the company's hiring policies and processes.
  • Assist the HR Manager with HR-related tasks, providing support where needed.
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future talent needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of recruitment and sourcing experience, with a preference for experience in domain-specific roles.
  • Strong ability to identify, attract, and assess talent effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
