Job Title: Tour Leader
Position Overview:
We are looking for someone who's extremely passionate about travel, finds thrill in exploring new places, highly entrepreneurial & highly organized, detail-oriented and a people-person individual to join our team as a Tour Leader and Back-End Operations Manager.
This role will be a mix of joining group tours in the capacity of a trip leader, discover new places and curate itineraries, passion for people and also esponsible for overseeing back-end operations to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of our travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accompany group tours as a tour leader and deliver all the services professionally as per the package
*Explore new places and curate the itineraries
*Should be able to click record good videos and click good photos
*Manage and oversee all back-end operations, including but not limited to tour planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and customer service.
*Coordinate with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements.
*Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure high-quality service delivery.
*Plan and schedule tours, including itinerary development, transportation arrangements, accommodation bookings, and activity reservations.
*Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to tour operations, expenses, billing, and customer interactions.
*Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency and service quality.
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite, basic Wordpress and travel booking software/tools.
*Create new tour itineraries based on client preferences, destination popularity, and market trends.
