- First Party Collection (Credit Card Collections/C1B), 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Any 2 Rotational off.
- Third Party Collection (Gyms Collections), 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Saturday & Sunday fixed off (One Saturday mandatory in a month).
- Customer Service/First Party Collection, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, Saturday & Sunday fixed off (One Saturday mandatory in a month)/(Self Travel).
Salary RangeUp to 32K+Travel reimbursement for Customer Service/Limited Incentives. 25K-38K (Candidate with current or experience with 3rd Party/Debt buyers/1st Party Collection can get upto-40K) with- NO Cap/Unlimited- Incentives.
Transport- Pick up drop from Mira Road to Office Pick up drop from Thane Station to Office| Additional Transport Reimbursement for employees not availing transport| Home drop for employees as per boundary during odd hours. No transport facility for FPC.
