We are seeking an experienced Records and Information Management (RIM) Specialist to join our Intellectual Property (IP) and Data Governance team, which is part of Seagate's Legal and Government Relations Department. Members of the Legal and Government Relations Department are diverse, dynamic, innovative, and engaged. Our professionals work collaboratively as valued business partners to support Seagate's strategy and objectives. As a valued member of the IP and Data Governance team, the RIM Specialist will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal department personnel to support and implement Seagate's records and information management functions. The position will report to Seagate's Assistant General Counsel, IP and Data Governance, and focus on managing the lifecycle of business records at Seagate in accordance with the company's records retention policy.
You might also have: Salary: The estimated base salary range for this position is $102,600.00 - $149,600.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Hybrid work arrangement based out of offices in Longmont, CO or Bloomington, MN. Hybrid work expectations are a minimum of two days per week in the office. We will only consider candidates desiring a fully remote work arrangement in extraordinary circumstances.
