EMEA Recruitment is working with a leading global technology company in its search for a Record-to-Report (R2R) specialists for its Bengaluru operations in India.
As an R2R Process Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the companys financial processes. You will be responsible for defining the process vision, designing the operating modelincluding implementing relevant internal controlsand developing the transformation and deployment strategy for a specific taxonomy scope.
This position is based in Bengaluru, where you will report to the Global Process Owner for Record to Report. You will lead a small team that supports you in designing and refining the operating model. Your role will require active collaboration with a broad R2R team, including colleagues from Finance & Accounting Operations, process peers, and Information Systems (IS).
This is a permanent job opportunity that offers an excellent salary package and comprehensive benefits. Travel will be required (10-30%), depending on your permanent location, with European and Asian time zones preferred to facilitate collaboration with our client's operations in Poland and India.
Skills and Experience Required:
Over 10 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes, including process design.
Experience with Big 4 or BPO-driven transformations is a plus.
CPA, CIA, or Lean Sigma qualifications are advantageous.
Strong understanding of internal controls, particularly in US GAAP and SOX/ICOFR environments.
Deep understanding of R2R processes, especially in SAP/CFIN environments.
Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
Exceptional ability to manage and nurture talent.
Excellent communication skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders.
Strategic thinking for developing and implementing process improvements.
Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire teams.
