Responsibilities

5+ years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience

Good business process knowledge including Procure to Pay, Inventory (Demand Planning, multi-location management), Order to Cash, CRM/SFA, etc

Basic accounting knowledge in Financials (AP,AR,GL).

Should have been a part of at least 2-3 full cycle NetSuite implementations.

Strong communication and strong business requirements/process documentation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle large meetings

Ability to capture use cases and perform gap analysis

Should be a team player, ability to deliver on time with high quality

Should have End to end NetSuite process knowledge to guide customers.

Maintain NetSuite users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules

Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards

Develop training materials and hands-on training for all functional areas.

Provide insight into ERP, CRM data to staff, managers, and executives.
