We are looking for Banking Reconciliation Operations officer for Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Job Description
Must have product knowledge of various delivery channels & understanding of reconciliation process for delivery channels like (NFS, Visa, UPI, IMPS, Rupay, and Payment gateways)
Daily verification of Entries/TTUMs through CBS, for various delivery channels products.
Monitoring of various delivery channels GL heads on regular basis to make sure no unreconciled entries are pending.
Must be aware of regulatory guidelines for delivery channels like dispute TAT and compensation.
Need effective coordination with various schemes/vendors/aggregators to resolve the issue in a timely manner
Having knowledge of ATM disputes and resolving the ATM difference.
Must have knowledge of the Chargeback dispute for overall delivery channels and the same should be resolved within regulatory TAT.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite including using Excel, Word.
Must have good oral and written skills
The jobholder will need to be flexible and able to deal with the ongoing changing needs of the Business in a positive way.
Reduction of platforms, breaks, audit points, cost and un-reconciled balances
Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate structure, resources, procedures and controls are developed and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements or Bank policies
Deal effectively with queries from external and internal stake holders and resolve queries in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues where necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
