JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join Leading CA Firm in Ahmedabad. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing front office administration tasks, such as greeting guests, taking phone calls, and responding to requests from the organization. Exceptional communication abilities, a commitment to providing excellent customer service, ability for multitasking, and efficiency in a dynamic atmosphere are all required for this role.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
2. Answer and transfer incoming calls and take messages when necessary
3. Provide information to clients and visitors regarding the services offered by the company
4. Set up meetings, appointments, and conference rooms as necessary.
5. Distribute and handle mail and goods that are coming in and going out.
6. upkeep and updating of customer and guest records in the database of the business
7. Organize with other departments and employees to make certain that operations run well.
8. Maintain office supply and inventory levels.
9. carry out additional tasks as directed by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
