Department Summary

The Administration will provide full reception, secretarial and administrative support to all the other departmentsin the Company, as may be required for the effective and efficient operation and execution of day to day activities.

Purpose of the Position

To provide a full range of administrative services to all departments for efficient operation and execution of day to day activities and workplace management

To ensure that the office maintenance is done at cost effective rates and as per need with prompt action

Maintains office supplies e.g. Stationeries inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

To regularly maintain records pertaining to incoming and outgoing of items without errors

Making travel and stay arrangements and to provide timely admin assistance in case of any requirement of Hotel, Ticket bookings or Vehicles without any delay.

To provide hygienic and amiable working conditions to the employees at office by maintaining and monitoring housekeeping facilities

Maintain database of vendors, hotels and service providers for ready reference

Ensure that the vendors are managed for timely work, better quality and cost effective services

To prepare and maintain reports on monthly administration expenses and its cost analysis for effectiveness

Provide all possible admin support to organize meetings, events and welfare activities at the company
