Full job description
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing excellent customer service to our clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office, ensuring they sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
Telephone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. Take messages and provide information to callers as needed.
Visitor Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and assist with visitor needs.
Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, mail handling, and document management.
Office Coordination: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms. Ensure office supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
Client Interaction: Provide information and support to clients, resolving queries and escalating issues to the appropriate departments.
Team Assistance: Support other departments with various tasks as required.
